On October 27, the Prochoice Alliance Against Proposition 71 held a telephone-based press conference featuring a panel of experts including:
- Deborah Burger, RN, is President of the 58,000-member California Nurses Association, the state's largest professional organization of registered nurses.
- Paul Billings, MD, PhD, is a Co-Founder of GeneSage and the Editor-in-Chief of GeneLetter. He is an internationally recognized authority on medical genetics and biomedical policy.
